gucci launch new equestrian collection

Watch out piggy bank because when Nov dawns I'll be coming to get you armed with a hammer and only one thing on my mind, the arrival of Gucci's new Equestrian Collection.  It seems Gucci are going all out to push their horsenicity at the moment.  Earlier this year they launched an ad campaign starring show jumping royal Caroline Casiraghi and now Creative Director Frida Giannini has designed a complete capsule collection which has evolved from the wardrobe she created for world number one female show jumper, Edwina Alexander. 

They've even bought themselves a stallion called Guccio after their founder Guccio Gucci. He's currently residing in Edwina Alexanders stables in Holland and is rumoured to be a pretty talented guy-well there's no doubt he'll be the best dressed one!

The new Equestrian Collection which features clothing, accessories and even tack will be available at select Gucci boutiques worldwide and on its website from November 2012.  Gives me time to giddy up and start saving but unless I win the lottery I'll probably only be able to afford the belt!
